Brande. Inspired by 21st Century heroes like the Justice League, he created a team of young heroes made up of every race in the United Planets. They grew to become legends in their own right, as champions of the 31st Century, and the Legion's ranks grew as a result. Despite having started with that dream - that dream ends as a nightmare, now, torn apart by Infinitus. The Infinity Wraiths have reached Earth, and the Legion is struggling to evacuate Metropolis and other Earth-cities, and to save the innocents trapped there. Some among them worry that the Earth will soon be lost to Infinitus, and their best bet is to go back in time to join their companions in the effort to prevent this from ever happening. Frustrated, Cosmic Boy warns that they were ordered by Brainiac 5 to remain behind and act as Earth's last line of defence should his team fail.
